This is my second round of HCG and Ive run into a couple stalls. I hate waiting the full 4 days before I do the traditional stall-breaking Apple Day. So I decided to try some other methods that dont get talked about as much.
The first one I tried was the detox bath. This definitely helped me jump start my losses.
The problem with the detox bath is that it is a little time consuming.
Im all about saving time, so I moved on to my next option...
A few months ago, I watched a Youtube video on whats called a Cali Kicker. Ive read about these on some forums and blogs. As with most things, I was pretty skeptical. It almost seemed too easy.
After returning from a business conference where I put on 3 lbs, I was nervous that I was going to waste 4 days with a stall. I decided to woman up and try the Cali Kicker. I had nothing to lose... other than weight.
Heres a basic recipe for the Cali Kicker, I used a version similar to this:
8 oz Warm Water
1 T. Lemon Juice
1/8 t. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Stevia Packet
Mix it all up and drink! You can also add a tablespoon of unfiltered apple cider vinegar, but many recipes dont call for it.
So, how did it work? I was dying to know when I stepped on the scale. The three pounds I put on are gone after two days! No stall! I have to say Im pretty satisfied.
