I start round three in 8 days! It seems like the last five weeks have passed so quickly. Now is the time where I need to start mentally preparing myself for the tough road ahead.
Part of this process includes goal setting. Here are seven goals for my third round of the HCG Diet.
1. Lose 30 pounds
2. No cheating
3. No eating out...at all
4. Measure myself once a week
5. Try a new recipe once a week
6. Stay positive
7. No emotional shopping in place of emotional eating
Im going to have to stay focused to make all of these happen, but I know all of these things will make my round much more successful.
