Insects

Yesterday I mentioned that insects are nutritious. In case anyone is interested, insects are a major part of many diets around the world. According to this article, "Insects as Human Food," "hundreds of tons of mopanie (a caterpillar) are exported annually from Botswana and South Africa to Zambia and Zimbabwe." Thats a lot of caterpillars.
