Phase 3 Spaghetti

Spaghetti is one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately the last time I ate spaghetti, I gained 2 lbs the next day.

So here is a low carb alternative that is HCG Phase 3 friendly.

Ingredients
Lean ground beef
Sugar-free tomato sauce
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti Squash

Directions
Cut your spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the seeds. In a microwavable pan, place half of the squash face down in an inch of water. Microwave for 10 minutes.



While  the squash is cooking, brown meat in a pan with garlic and salt and pepper. When meat is cooked through, add sauce and cook on low heat until hot.




Remove squash from microwave and scrape out center into a bowl. Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.



Top with spaghetti sauce and enjoy.

I usually eat 1 cup of squash with 1 cup of sauce. :) This meal only takes about 20 minutes from start to finish and it is so delicious!
