Phase 3 Sample Menu


I cant say enough how much I love Phase 3. Unfortunately, there isnt too much information out there about Phase 3. At hcgdiet.com we see a lot of common questions surrounding this phase. One of the most common questions involves what to eat.

It can be tricky. This is the part of the HCG Diet where you slowly start adding in healthy fats. You also avoid starchy foods.

Ive put together a sample menu to help provide some insight into what a typical week in Phase 3 looks like (this is most likely used for people who are in their second week of Phase 3).

As with most things, what works for me may not work exactly the same for you. Phase 3 is about testing out healthy foods and increasing your caloric intake.
