

Id love input on whether to do two or three days from any Veteran HCGers out there.
For those who are new to the HCG Diet, loading is essential to the process. The HCG hormone is attracted to the fats you consume. By eating high fat for the first two days, you give that hormone something to attach to. Some people do healthy fat loading. Some eat whatever they want. Some do a combination. I usually prefer to eat my trigger food until Im sick. It helps prevent cravings when I start VLCD.
Heres my menu for my loading fiesta!
Day One
Breakfast - 2% Milk, Cinnamon rolls
Snack - Salt and Vinegar Chips
Lunch - Taco Bell 7 Layer burrito, Del Taco crinkle fires
Snack - Chips and guacamole
Dinner - Red Lobster
Dessert - Ben & Jerrys
Day Two
Breakfast - Bagel and cream cheese
Snack - Fried Pickles
Lunch - Chicken Cordon Bleu
Snack - Cheese and crackers
Dinner - Buffet
