4 Moves for Better Buns


Who wants a better but? I sure do. :) I gathered up 4 moves to help tone your cheeks.. your other cheeks that is!

Hip Raises
  • Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place arms by your sides palms down.
  • Squeeze your glutes and raise your hips off the ground holding for 3 seconds before lowering.
  • Repeat this sequence 15 times. 


Squat Dip

  • Stand two feet from the front of a chair keeping feet hip-width apart. Place hands on your hips. 
  • Lift your left leg and place top of left foot on the chair behind you.
  • Lower yourself into a squat. Make sure to keep your right knee behind your toes while you dip your left knee toward the floor. Straighten your right leg to standing position.
  • Repeat this sequence 15 times, switch legs and repeat. 

Tip-Tops

  • Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart placing hands on hips. 
  • Bend knees to position yourself into a squat so thighs are parallel to the ground.
  • Lift both heels , then lower.
  • Repeat this sequence 30 times
Mountain Climbers
  • Place your left foot in front of you and crouch into a lunge, your left leg bent in a 90 degree angle and your right leg extended behind you. Place your hands on the floor.
  • In a small jumping motion, switch legs so your right leg is bent in a 90 degree angle and your left leg is extended behind you. 
  • Repeat this sequence 30 times.
