The ymca weight loss program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthy habits.. The goal of the weight loss program is to support and assist participants in ways that help make small improvements in healthy behaviors. $50 for ymca members / $100 program members (plus annual program member fee of $30). Our program is designed to help you maintain your weight throughout the holiday season with support and motivation from our experienced staff and a supportive group of participants. weigh in at the beginning of the program and each week after that to keep you on track..
