Well, today is my 21st birthday. This time last year I was eating cake and cheap pizza. Never in a million years did I think that just a year later Id be 60 lbs lighter and so much happier.
At work, we usually celebrate birthdays with cake and ice cream. My work was incredibly sweet and set up a salad bar instead. :) I dont feel like today is any less of a celebration because its not coated in frosting. I am blessed to be where I am and to have friends, family and co-workers who support my goal of losing 120 lbs.
If I were blowing out candles on a cake tonight and making a wish, I would wish that I could give everyone the gift of confidence that HCG has given me. :)
